PERSONNEL AGREABLE , situation geographique parfaite, manque de soins au niveau de la chambre ( ménage insatisfaisant , vaisselle incomplète , location studio twin un des lits sans protege matelas , vétusté un miroir avec de nombreuses traces de colle.

Good location in the city and services accordingly. Breakfast awesome in the restaurant and amazing… Studio’s was great (spacious) and for a few days living there is very good. Bed comfortable for sleeping, spacious kitchen with small dining tables. Bathroom and toilets are good and spacious…

The dirtiest room we have ever been in. Quite expensive but low quality service. The smell was terrible and the carpeta was full of hair from people and animals. Not reccomended at all for families with small children.

The room was large and had a good selection of appliances and equipment for cooking and eating. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk to the centre of the city. It delivered on what it promised.

Bad!!!! Deplorable!!! All the service of the reception is to be renewed ..... urgently please ... Catastrophic and I weigh my words no quality service bug or are we there. This is deplorable. The worst service of all hotels in Orleans. I have been in almost all of the aparthotels in Orleans with 2 classic hotels, well this one is simply the worst of all (only the new ones in 2022 were courteous and attentive). The only positive point is the super nice and helpful housekeeping service, I'm talking to the reception service, take it easy....
