The hotel was relatively clean. Because we were participating in the badminton promotion competition in Orleans, the hotel gave us a double bed room on the first night. Fortunately, through communication with Ctrip customer service staff, the hotel remade two single beds the next day. Check-out the next day was on Sunday, and there was no cleaning staff. The hotel agreed to extend check-out until 19:00, and the key was placed in the mailbox at the front desk.

A little disappointed with our stay. To begin with, we couldn’t get into our room! As we were checking in outside of reception hours we were emailed access codes only to find that upon arrival the access codes had expired and we could not access our room. Luckily however when someone exited the building we were able to wait in the reception area while we worked out what to do to avoid the pouring rain. I asked a lady who was entering the building if she knew the access codes. She did not but pointed me towards a number to call outside reception hours. Without her help we wouldn’t have seen this number as it was tiny and not well signed. After getting into the room we found the blinds broken, being stuck down and unable to be lifted up to let in the light.

As a couple, we wanted value for money, within 15 mins walk from the train station and transport hub with a kitchenette. This was provided.

10 minutes walk from Gare de Orleans and centre of town. Comfortable and clean. TV had only French channels. Apart hotel, so facilities to cook and eat there in the room. Very hot water in the bathroom. Quiet area.

Huge disappointment! In fact, the advertised apartment hotel advertising is misleading since in reality, they are student rooms in a student residence. The name Séjours etaffaires apparthotels is misleading. The premises are gray and sad. As for the apartment we rented, it is more like a small, basic room with a small “kitchen” area located in the entrance hallway. It doesn't make you want to cook. However, for those who are looking for simplicity and who have a small budget and who want to be located not far from the city center, this option remains interesting.

I travel a lot and often stay in hotels.
I don't usually give my opinion, but here it seems necessary to express my disappointment. The establishment certainly no longer deserves its 3 stars. No comfort in the room (2 single beds pushed together sold for a double bed, hard mattress, a table but no chair, radiator which heats little...), outdated equipment (bathroom furniture in poor condition, dangerous threshold bar when walking barefoot). Worst of all: a window that closes poorly and overlooks a busy road. Impossible to sleep because of the noise. Intolerable for a room at €83 per night. I do not recommend this establishment.
