Boutique Oceanfront Penthouse Charm- with Expansive Private Terrace

This condo is amazing! Sunrises & views from this penthouse unit are stunning. Property owner was top-notch in every way: very clear and prompt communicator, patient with a host of questions about the condo, knowledgeable about area amenities and very accommodating. The unit was very clean, beds were great and enough bits & pieces to get guests started.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this oceanfront penthouse. Our host, Anna, was responsive to our questions and very friendly. The condo was immaculate, the master bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked, the living area furniture was ample & relaxing, and that ocean view...spectacular! If you enjoy the sunrise and moonrise, as we do, Mother Nature will not disappoint! The condo's location was perfect for all our day trips, there are great restaurants nearby and a grocery store 2 minutes away for all your needs. The next time we are planning to be in the Ormond Beach area, we will definitely book this charming condo again! Thank you, Anna, for a delightful vacation at the beach.

1601 ocean shore blvd We loved this place! The owner and on-site manager quickly responded to our few questions. It is on the beach and has a nice, big pool and is close to everything. Would definitely return.

Perfect Getaway The condo was perfect for our family. We loved the views from the balcony. The best part for us was that the condo was on the ocean side of the road, so no need to cross the road to get to the beach. It was great being able to lay in the sun by the pool and then having the beach a few steps away. The host was great to work with and very responsive to questions we had. Looking forward to returning next year!
