I agree with most of these reviews do not stay here The pictures you see when you make a reservation or book or rent by the month or whatever you're going to do our deceiving it was a beautiful resort like the picture show at one time but the owner that took over this resort is not fixing anything Eric conditioners in the hallways don't work in all the floors worse the pools are all shut down in green slimy water is being left in them all moldy none of the pools are open the Whirlpool is not open even the indoor pool is not open which there is no excuse for that as a hurricane did not damage it exercise rooms the saunas everything that is advertised is not open there is no reflections restaurant it's totally closed down The parking garage is closed down and there is not enough parking at this resort to handle when the resort has full occupancy and instead of accommodating people they tow vehicles when people are told they can park in a various area and then they are woken up to find out their vehicle has been towed it has happened consistently the last month there is a festival here now called bike week which brings many people to the area and last for 10 days and I witnessed as the other people staying here at the resort right now 50 vehicles and motorcycles were towed last night it was outrageous The owners and management care nothing about their guess or the people that stay here longer term My suggestion is go elsewhere Do not believe the lies that you see on this page or other listings for this place it is a very sad thing because it used to be the number one place in Daytona but now it is the worst place to stay in Daytona it is unfortunate I feel sorry for the owners of the condominiums who own their individual condos and then rent them out like hotels hotel style through Airbnb however they need to be honest with people because the owner of the builder defined is a developer is not doing the repairs they are required to do and have been paid to do due to a hurricane in 2022 and as a result the resort still remains run down and none of the amenities you see on this page are open You will not have four swimming pools you will not even have one swimming pool even the indoor pool is closed You will not have a Whirlpool or an exercise room or a kiddie pool or a sauna You will not even have access to the beach except for the public beach access and you will definitely not have easy parking or a parking garage that is listed as one of the amenities it is a very stressful thing for people to come and find this out so I'm posting it here and letting people know if you want to relax if you want to have a good time and a nice place to stay with the amenities that are listed here then don't stay at this place if you want to stay in a place that some of the condos are in good condition depending on which one you get and you don't mind not having amenities risking getting your vehicle towed understanding that there is not enough parking to cover the re

Our condo has been updated by its owners however the entire resort is really run down. Looks like it needs updating badly. This “resort” is the only one in a 2 mile stretch with a retaining wall still falling after the hurricane in 2022….. pools are all closed and in need of repair. Paint needs updating. One bank of elevators hasn’t worked in quite a while. Ice machine on second floor also isn’t working. Gym is closed. Laundry facilities are really nasty. Carpet in the hallway needs changed. There is no restaurant. Fencing along the parking area is missing so people could fall right down 30-50 feet to the ground. A very big disappointment.

This property is a dump. Cannot recommend staying here. The property is still suffering from impacts of hurricane Ian in 2022. All the amenities are closed (gym, pools, restaurant, etc). The property is dingy and out of date. The door to our room appeared to be falling off the hinges, the beds were awful, and the room had an overwhelming smell of cleaning supplies. Seems like the rentals are run by slumlords as the room we rented met the bare minimum.

I was sent to stay at Daytona beach resort and conference center after originally booking Harbour beach on *******- a few days before they let me know they had overbooked and had to switch us. The unit we stayed in was a dump, had a defective AC Unit and bathroom fan and smelled of cleaning products. Door was falling off the hinges, beds were very uncomfortable. The resort itself is still suffering the impacts of the hurricane in 2022 and had the entire bottom floor closed (one set of elevators, restaurants, bars, gym, pool) which is why I picked the other establishment on ******* in the first place. Not a great experience and was not comparable to the price I paid for the other unit.

This place is a run down motel of sorts. It’s one thing for hurricane damage but it’s another when you can plainly see no effort of revitalizing the resort. Chains bar the once restaurant. Shutters over the pool and gym areas. One entire set of elevators out of order to and entire wing of the “resort”. No maintenance whatsoever. All the rooms are privately rented out by various companies, clearly “owners” are trying to do what they can to salvage their glorified hotel rooms. All doors have locks on them, and then randomly two or three lockboxes for an unknown reason. No front staff to speak of, they only are there during the day and provide no security. Doors are not locked at night. Went down at 4am to a homeless person sleeping in the hotel lobby. Parking is even weird and you are asked to park in an abandon dark lot because the parking deck isn’t even fixed from the hurricane. Owners should just cut their losses and be warned this is a motel and not a resort and not a condo as some owners advertise on airbnb.

Booked through Vrbo, was told pool was closed due to storm which we were ok with since we just wanted the beach and the beach view. I was shown great outdated pictures of the place and room, very disappointed in this place, room was ok, nice view big balcony but in very bad shape and ran into some sketchy folks supposedly staying here....not for us now or ever again.

Sadly this resort has turned into a major dump. They have squatters gain access to the rooms and as it turns out the CONDO OWNERS ASSOCIATION elected to get rid of security guards and cameras also....

Accomodations where nice, but my biggest issue was we were told pools were open. That's the main reason we booked here. They were not open. The inside pool was even closed. Shouldn't of been. Learned a little later that what you have is multiple property manage company's with the one actually running day to day operations withholding info from the company's renting the rooms/suite. Felt like a bait and switch situation. Not happy!!
