Sleep Inn Ormond Beach - Daytona

Basic hotel, ok for a layover. Not my normal experience of a Sleep Inn. Won’t Stay Again. Fairly clean rooms, only one coffee pod left with four cups and one sugar/milk pouch Breakfast (Sunday) abysmal: No bread for toast but a toaster No yoghurt but an empty fridge No fruit but empty containers Biscuit (4 of) and grit in a broken crockpot Two basic cereal not much milk Juice machine Overall disgraceful attempt at a breakfast.

This place is awful. I travel to Daytona every year and definitely won’t stay at this hotel again. I had to change rooms twice because the first one had a broken toilet and the second was missing the security latch on the door. The room I wound up in had musty and didn’t feel very clean. The towels were dirty and when I moved the nightstand to plug in my charger I found a smoked cigarette under it. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking and I have asthma. There are spots on the walls, the curtains were stained and filthy, the AC needs to be cleaned, and the fan in the bathroom was caked with dust. The door had a chunk missing, some of the furniture had clearly been damaged, and the fridge had rust all over the outside of it. The people in the rooms around mine were yelling all hours of the day and night so I got no sleep at all in the 5 nights I was there. I would have tried another hotel but I was in town for a festival and everything was sold out or extremely overpriced seeing as I would have been booking last minute. There were also children running around everywhere unsupervised. My key card for the room also kept locking me out and had to be reset multiple times. I feel bad for the staff that work there. At least they were kind and as helpful as they could be. It’s unfortunate since this hotel is in a great location and close to so many things. Now I’m sick from being in this room and even missed the last day of the festival. I won’t be staying here again.

Decent room, quiet, TV good. Could use some repairs-pocket door to bathroom literally falling apart ! Microwave needs replaced, it worked but it was so rusted I was almost afraid to use it. Plenty of parking. WIFI was sketchy. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

Overall our stay went smoothly. The staff was kind and helpful and the hotel is in a good location, central yet generally quiet. We enjoyed the pool and the 24/7 coffee machine. The breakfast is OK, the beds were reasonably comfortable, and the shower was nice. The room is fairly nice and clean enough, but it needs some maintenance. The toilet paper holder, the bathroom fan, and the digital clock in our room were all broken, and the mattress on one of the two double beds was sagging in the middle. (The other one was comfortable). The pool area is nice, but the pool also needs more frequent cleaning. There is plenty of parking and the WiFi works well.

Parking included, safe, clean area. Small but pleasant room. Breakfast was minimum and scant. Good value for the money.

Room suitable for our needs. Clean and cozy. Shower chair available in room upon arrival. Parking was plentiful and didn't cost extra.

Average to below average hotel. It's okay for one night but I'm glad I wasn't there longer.

Room and bed were clean and sufficient for a night or two. Breakfast was disappointing. It was not kept clean, out of many things

The remote didn't work for the VT. They gave me 2 other remotes. They allowed me to change the channel until it decided not to. The people across the hall had the volume up so high that I could hear it in my room. Management fixed the issue. As for sleeping. Not much with a dog barking in the middle of the night and other noises coming from the hallway.
