Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Daytona Beach - Ormond Beach

On the first day I arrived i found a roach in the room thats why Im giving this review also the bed covers and pillow covers wear meant to be white but it had turned yellow due to to not being cleaned for so long and the smell coming from them was unbearable.

I’m always guaranteed a nice clean hotel and area. Very convenient for my large truck and trailer.

Elevator broken, plug outlets next to bed didn't work (no lamp / charger), & building extremely noisy... otherwise average& sufficient

Elevator was not working, took 12 hours for the room to get cool. Had to asked for cooking utensils and was barely given anything, had to keep asking for more things. Knives, plates....and you could see the girl was upset that she had to accommodate me. Guests were smoking at the side entrance of the steps, filling the stair well with smoke. I was only there for a night. I couldn't imagine being there for a couple days or even weeks

Front desk women mean for no reason . It was almost very suspicious. We are such a kind and friendly family with manners 'please thank you type people and every person in the front dest was mean with no reason .

Everything about this hotel was exactly what I needed for my stay. 100% would book here again

I most disturbing part of my review is when I checked in and got my room and key card I proceeded to take my luggage up to the room and enter. It was late at night and once I entered there were no lights on to see very well. I pulled my luggage over to the kitchen side and proceeded to turn on the lights. Guess what - the room was occupied and I scared the daylights out of two poor unsuspecting people and myself. I quickly removed myself from the room and returned to the main desk to tell them what happened. There are many more poor issues to comment on but you get the picture with this place.

The only thing that desappointed me was that when I made the reservation, one of the main reason I choose the hotel was because it included breakfast. They only provide a packet of uncooked oatmeal, some granola bars, and coffe. I felt misled when I realized this. For that reason, I would not stay there again.

Clean and comfortable room, soft bed, and very clean towels. I didn’t like the breakfast because it could have had eggs and bread.
