exelent very nice staff kids really enjoyed it the pool was lovely indoor and out id defintly come back and its very family friendly loads of activities great food good for old people weelchair accesible kids really enjoyed it and its exelent

Absolutely disgusting, buffet food is freezing cold, majority of staff are rude, flys everywhere, including all over your food. No kid friendly food like nuggets etc. went all inclusive and spent more money buying food out because the food was disgusting.

Hi I stayed at your hotel from the 17- to the 22nd(I think) of October and it was absolutely amazing!!!! I’ve been coming to Spain since I was born and I will be back. The staff especially all of the entertainers (Aquaman, The Cat, Rabbit & Alfonso? I think (the guy with the mic) they were all so lovely and such genuine people and they invited me up to dance with them with was lovely!!!! The lifeguards: Ley, Francisco, Oscar, And a few other guys but they were all so so lovely. Even tho they some didn’t speak the best of English.. they still made a great effort in making sure to translate and to actually talk to me. I miss these people all so much as most of the time I was on holiday was spent talking to all these amazing, down to earth, kind people. I hope to be back soon as I’d love to lifeguard in the future but as I am only fifteen I will need to wait a few years.. thanks so much!!!!!! Will be back soon Love Mia

We booked this trip to Hotel Magic Sports on Love Holidays. Firstly, the majority of images shown are not of this hotel. They took photos of other hotels in the Magic Group of hotels and used them for this. So make sure to do your own research of the actual hotel first before you book. They represented the hotel as having rafts, adventure playgrounds, hot-tubs etc. none of these are in the hotel. I want to commend the staff who are there. They work hard and the majority of them are very friendly. However they are severely understaffed and don’t speak much English. We had a leak in our room when it rained one of the nights (on the 11th floor) from the ceiling and we were moved when I raised it. But I think that was just timing of when I raised it in terms of availability. The food is not good. 2 of us got sick from it. Full of oil and very little variety. Hardly anything for the kids. Pasta and burgers were the staple every night. It was so bad I ordered in pizza from another place one of the nights. In terms of activities and amenities, nothing was open. There is no where to go and nothing to do. Bar staff were severely understaffed. Took 30mins on average to get a drink. Would not recommend and will not be going back. It seems like the entire area is underinvested in and it also cost €140 in a taxi to get there from Valencia airport.

Not worth it at all. We went with 1 child 2 teens and the grandparents Rooms are nice for a couple or a couple with small children but when you bring 2 teenagers (male and female) that have to share a bed is not ok. There should be 2 single beds. Rooms are the same for 2,3 or 4 people Cleaning in the room was good, though with found a cockroach on 3rd day. Not all staff speaks English. We felt clear discrimination between me and my partner where I am fluent in Spanish and he is English, making any enquiry was a chore for him and often leading to completely different results. The reception staff were nice but the information available is very limited. Everything is on the app they say but not really. We took a while to figure where things were, never found where kids club was, then it was in maintenance so nothing… animation during the day is random and apart from indoor pool don’t really found it anywhere else. In the evening the show is very nice but the the mascotes only show for 10 minutes after at 22:20! My little one was knackered by then! Outdoor areas were clean and nice the flumes were ok but the surf simulator kept breaking down or having issues. Pool only opens at 10:45/11. Towels have a deposit of 15€ each refundable but towel service only works from 11/1130 to 5:30 if someone is around Indoor pool area smells very bad of feet and urine in the lounges area. Water doesn’t seem too clean either. When it rains the roof there leaks all over. Heated pool and jacuzzis are only available by booking and paying 5€ extra for an hour per person unless you have premium. The buffet was nice, food choice is more to the taste of Spanish people than an international cuisine but it’s okish. Many times chicken, meat and burgers and even rice were undercooked and even being super careful as I am pregnant I got food poisoning on the 4th day of our stay. Staff in the buffet are amazing always working hard. During the week only half of the area works so there were times where we struggled to find a a table. Most guests are rude, don’t respect queues and are very loud and give you obnoxious looks if you are a foreigner. The train that goes around the resort is a joke. Supposedly start at 11 but first time we tried only left at 11:48! It is Never on time, the driver has no care or patience for people, couldn’t operate the step so told a disabled lady she had to come out on another part of the ride because near the beach it was too high for her to get down. So basically she couldn’t go to the beach or had to jump 2 steps high down. All the other places around the resort that could have been an alternative to be in the hotel seemed to be closed in October even the beach bar. Make sure you fly to the nearest airport because our package holiday was with Valencia airport and taxi fare is very variable: going there 250€ and coming back 160€. So overall a very poor experience not worth the all inclusive at all and definitely not a good destination
