Holiday Inn Express & Suites OROVILLE LAKE by IHG

Staff was terrible from the get-go not enough training was very obvious, horrible customer service, and on checkout the guy had no idea what he was doing. I forgot his name, but oh my gosh wanted to charge me for parking and didn’t give me the right receipt. He gave me a receipt for just the parking the guy was all over the place. Breakfast area was closed.

Hotel staff was extremely nice. The hot breaksfast was very good and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place. If i ever need to come back to Oroville, I'd stay here again.

Break was great. Check in was effortless. The shower had pink mold, the bathroom floor was dirty. There were 4 occupants and not enough towels. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Check in was the quickest I’ve ever had. The room was spotless and quiet. I was able to get the ground floor as requested so very happy about that. I had a business meeting that I knew would run over and they were kind enough to allow me a very very late checkout.

The breakfast was wonderful!! The pool was sparkling clean, staff super nice and the hot tub was toasty. All these reasons are enough for me to stay again.

Property in a bad location. I was concerned for my safety. Definitely, not my type of hotel. The heating is old and loud. However, its clean, and bed is comfortable. Skipped everything and just slept for 5hrs paid full rate didnt use amenities liked that spa pool area ipens ar 5am but will never stay at this location again. Its simply my preferences nothing hotel did and maybe they can upgrade heating and ac so it wont be so loud.

Pool and hot were great. Breakfast was delicious. Room clean and bed comfortable. Will stay again when in the area.

Great room, good price. Wonderful breakfast. Only regret, no housekeeping. Had to go desk for towels and coffee for our second day. Not right!
