Our hotel is recognized by the MICHELIN Guide for the overall guest experience, hospitality, character, and atmosphere, and we always aim to offer a warm and memorable stay. Regarding breakfast, we do offer a wide variety of open-buffet options including fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, local products, jams, breads, and vegan-friendly choices, though we understand preferences may vary. As for transportation, Cappadocia is a region spread across several villages and valleys, so guests generally explore the area either by rental car, taxi, or organized tours regardless of where they stay. Ortahisar is actually one of the most central and peaceful locations for visiting the region while staying away from the busiest tourist crowds. Taxi fares are determined by official taximeters and are independent from the hotel. We appreciate your comments and wish you all the best in your future travels.

We would like to clarify that while our standard cave rooms are around 20-30m² (200-300 sq. ft.), we also offer larger options: - Our suite cave rooms, featuring a separate small living room, are around 40-50m² (400-500 sq. ft.). - Our superior cave rooms are much larger at 80m² (800 sq. ft.). - Our superior family suite rooms are even more spacious at 100m² (1000 sq. ft.). Our suites and superior suite rooms also have a minibar available for your convenience. We offer a beverage honesty room where guests can help themselves to a variety of drinks. - Our rooms are cleaned daily, and after each checkout, all bed sheets, pillows, and towels are replaced with fresh, clean ones. We believe your review contains some inaccuracies and might be influenced by our refusal to allow you to use our restaurant kitchen to cook your own food. As we told you, due to safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot permit guests to use the common kitchen. However, we offer a wide variety of food options in our restaurant and suggested ordering from outside, including Indian cuisine, if our selection did not meet your needs. Our staff rigorously checks rooms after checkout and before new check-ins to ensure high standards of cleanliness. During your stay, your room was not maintained on one occasion as you were inside the room. However, our staff cleaned it promptly after you informed us. We strive to provide excellent service and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
