First of all, on our first day at the hotel, I almost got an electric shock because of the iron. The iron they brought was an iron manufactured before Christ, and while I was ironing, fire broke out from its cord. There was no other iron in the hotel, so they had to bring an iron from Nevşehir. Don't be afraid, thanks to me, this crappy hotel has a brand new iron. We wanted to have breakfast on our first morning, but there was no similarity with the breakfast in the photo. There was no tomato cucumber vs cold cuts. We asked for an omelette, but it was not pleasant that they said that there was no omelette in their menu that day and gave omelette to the other customer. Then they offered to make us an omelette as a confession, but it was not nice, frankly, being jealous of the customer for food. There was only 1 coat hanger in the double room. When we said we need 8-10 hangers, they said we only have 3 hangers. This is a fiasco in itself. THERE IS NOTHING CALLED CLEANING. The dust under the bed had completely tied cotton. Disgusting disgrace hotel. I felt sorry for the money I spent and the time I stayed.

Lovely hotel, great hotel with its location, calmness and cleanliness, I highly recommend it to everyone. Also, breakfast is a pleasure with its variety and taste, thank you very much 🙏

Tanto per cominciare nessuno in questa struttura o quasi parla inglese ed è estremamente complicato comunicare. La stanza non rispecchiava la mia prenotazione: - si sentiva il rumore delle altre stanze - non girava aria nella stanza tanto che mi sono svegliato in mezzo alla notte tutto sudato senza riuscire a dormire - un solo rotolo di carta igienica - bagno sporco - lavandino improponibile con lavello rotto - ventola del bagno non funzionante e piena di polvere - box doccia senza porta con acqua che ovviamente finisce in giro per tutto il bagno Dopo numerose lamentele in reception siamo finalmente riusciti a parlare tramite google translate con il capo il quale ci ha tranquillizzati che il giorno successivo ci avrebbe fatto trovare la stanza pulita. Non solo il giorno successivo la stanza non era stata sistemata, ma non funzionava nemmeno l’acqua calda! All’ennesima lamentela, con la struttura vuota, invece di aiutarci, il capo ha pensato bene di chiamare la polizia e di farci perdere la serata intera e anche la mattinata successiva a rilasciare dichiarazioni con le forze dell’ordine. Io rimango basito di come sulla vostra piattaforma di prenotazione, con cui mi sono sempre trovato molto bene, si possano trovare posti del genere, con personale maleducato e soprattutto con pochissima attenzione al cliente.
