Greatly located in Ortisei as based to explore the mountains nearby. Good breakfast included, quite a hike from bus stop, stayed in single room, quite tight space but all is ok. Dinner option available at 18:30-20:30 at extra pay.

Nice view. Good breakfast . No lift if staying upper floor . Some distance away from town centre 20 mins walk.

Location is good, very close to downtown and cable car station, room is kinda old , might need to consider it. BUt the receptionist is super friendly.

This is a truly wonderful hotel. I was worried my luggage wouldn't arrive at the airport, but they even called me directly and took care of it. Everything about this hotel is truly top-notch. The breakfast is also excellent.

The hotel is very good, the service is friendly, it is not far from the station, the location of the hotel is good, and you can see beautiful scenery.

The hotel is located on the hillside of the small town of Ortisei, opposite the cable car of the Upper Hughes Plateau. The scenery is very good. What you can see from the room is the peaks on the Hughes Plateau, and in the evening you can see the golden mountains illuminated by sunshine. The hotel has a parking lot with free parking, but there is no elevator. It's a bit tiring to drag the suitcase up to the 2 floors. However, the hotel has a rich breakfast, a buffet for dinner, priced at 32 yuan per person, and free self-service wine. The hotel rooms are fully equipped and hygienic, and the front desk staff is friendly. You will be given a tour guide including a map when you check in. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the cable car station, so you can park your car at the hotel and walk there (parking at the cable car station is a bit expensive).

If you’re looking for a real Italian experience and not just another tourist- focused hotel, villa Emilia is for you. Gracious, helpful, and multi- lingual staff, excellent food, and a gorgeous location. The building is vintage and charming ( no lift), there’s a garden with a view to eat breakfast in in good weather, and we loved that Chiara (manager) and Zeki ( a little of everything) were genuinely interested in helping getting us sorted.
