A great property with friendly staff. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the Adler. Dining was good. Food quality and selection also good. Great bar scene with evening sweets and snacks. Great location in town and in the valley. It is 1.5 hours from the famous lakes and Tre Cime. Would stay again for certain.True European service.

This hotel failed to meet my expectations; it was arguably the worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The shower faucet lacked different spray modes—it wasn't a proper shower faucet—and the water pressure was pitifully low. I've never encountered a five-star hotel like this before. The room type on the booking mentioned slippers, but none were provided. The TV screen was black, with only shadowy figures visible. The room was very far from the front desk, requiring a lot of walking up and down stairs. It felt like discrimination against Chinese people. I was extremely unhappy during my three-day stay in Italy, whereas I've been satisfied with all my previous experiences during my nearly 20 days there.

A great resort hotel, one night stay, two meals, afternoon tea, the food is impeccable. The hotel room is also very comfortable. The only drawback is that the spa is a bit poor, mainly because the technicians are not good enough, not massaging, but touching.

The room is very good. The hot spring is very artistic. The room is a bit expensive because it is close to the lobby.
