This is my 2nd stay here. Love the cleanliness, the osen which offers multiple pools, the systematic luggage storage/collection process. The best part is the airport limo bus stops right behind the hotel on 2nd floor of the OCAT Building. You don't even need to cross any roads or take any stairs since escalator is available. Simple use the massive underpass walkway to connect to Namba shopping malls like Takashimaya and the famous Shinsaibashi shopping street at exit 10/12. Pls bring luggage w top/front opening as there is limited space. Do not bring 50/50 split luggage. Apart of this, everything else is super great! Oh yah, there are multiple charging sockets from 3-pin, japanese 2 pin, USB. More than enough for usage.

There is a basic service and the feeling of the front desk is very good. The bath towel is large and fluffy and comfortable. However, there is no distribution of lotion cleansing, no tea in the room, instant coffee in the room, mineral water only on the first day, no service coffee machine next to the front desk, And there is no service that is common in other hotels.

Facilities: The hotel had a convenience store and a self-service laundry, which was very convenient. Location: About a 10-minute walk from Umeda Station. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, so you won't have trouble finding a place to eat.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. During that time, we found both pros and cons. A definite plus is the location: it's right next to Dotonbori but slightly tucked away from the hustle and bustle, very close to Namba, and easy to get to all attractions. There's a huge supermarket and an excellent currency exchange nearby. Finding places to eat is no problem. We opted for breakfast at the hotel. The selection wasn't extensive, and in my opinion, it wasn't worth the price the hotel charged. However, it was a good option to grab something to eat in the morning before heading out to see the sights. The menu was the same every day, which got boring. There were no fruits offered, and the pastries weren't appealing. This leads us to the cons. The room was very tired, with dust on the shelves, stains on the wallpaper and curtains, and a faulty faucet that didn't regulate water pressure. We placed our trash and a bag of wet towels in the hallway, and they were always replaced by the time we returned. Water bottles were only provided upon check-in and not refilled afterward. However, there are many stores around, so we bought water for tea daily. The laundry and drying process wasn't efficient; we managed to wash one sweatshirt with great difficulty. The staff couldn't explain much effectively. The front desk did help us arrange luggage shipping, and we appreciate that. The lobby is very cramped, with only two chairs for resting right in front of the elevators. Another plus is that you can open the window! We had dinner at an izakaya in the neighboring building, and it was delicious and had a great atmosphere!

Overall, my experience was positive. I can't really comment on the breakfast as I always arrived late and just picked whatever fried rice was left. The soundproofing from the outside world could definitely be better; late at night, you can clearly hear every passing car, not to mention ambulances or police sirens. Luckily for me, I'm used to it and was always so exhausted by the end of the day that I slept like a baby. Otherwise, it's pretty standard for a standard hotel. I'll definitely try to book with them again in the future. Regarding the location relative to the subway – yes, it's not directly next to Namba station; you have to travel a bit further, transfer, or walk. I don't see this as a big problem, as the Osaka subway system is extensive enough to get you anywhere you need to go.

I usually stay at hotels around Umeda Station, but this time I wanted to stay at a hotel with a beautiful night view, so I chose this one. The hotel is directly connected to Exit 3 of Higobashi Station, so I didn't have to worry about getting wet in the rain. I requested a room on a higher floor, and I was given a room on the 28th floor. When I opened the curtains, the night view I had wanted to see was so beautiful that I was moved. It was very relaxing. The staff were also kind and polite, which was great. As soon as I entered the entrance, I was guided to the reception and the explanation was easy to understand. There were plenty of elevators, so I was able to use them without any congestion. It was my first time around Higobashi Station, but there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, so I had no problems staying there. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much.

It was about a 2-minute walk from Tennoji Station, so it was easy to get to and from the airport. There was a Don Quijote right next door, so it was good for shopping. The room was very clean and very friendly, which was nice. The bed was comfortable, and the window was slightly open, so it was good for personal ventilation. I am satisfied.

Good access. Good front desk service. Good large communal bath and sauna. The only disappointment was that the bath in the room wasn't cleaned properly. The room was in front of the ice machine, so it was noisy at night.
