Even though the location was quite far from Osaka station, the hotel itself was very good. You might need to spare your time for finding the hotel due to the complicated route between Osaka Station and the street that hotel is located.

Although it was a long walk from the nearest station, once you got to the main street, you could reach Osaka Station in less than 5 minutes by taxi, so the location was good. I was able to make a reservation even though it was a holiday, which was really helpful.

It is a long 15 minute walk from Sonezaki to Osaka Station. The room is clean and the front desk staff is polite and good 😊 It's convenient because it's in the city. Might be good for a business trip to Higashi Umeda ✍️(з_з)

All reservations and payments are done online, and it's very convenient since it's near the station. The room was dim with little lighting. It's convenient because I can go directly to Family Mart. It's nice to be able to drink coffee freely. However, the entrance to the hotel is very difficult to find.

The room is suitable for solo travelers, simple and comfortable. The front desk service is very good, especially there is a Chinese customer service, which is easier to communicate with. There is also a 24-hour convenience store next door to the hotel. The hotel's reception area is open all day, which is particularly convenient for leisure. I stay here every time I go to Osaka.

The air conditioner only worked for heating, and when I asked the front desk for help, they said they couldn't do anything. I asked if they had a fan or something, but they simply said they couldn't do that, didn't apologize, and turned their backs to me, ignoring me. Although it is close to the station, the location is not good enough. It is good that the price is reasonable. The facilities are worth the price.

The staff were very kind. The boiled bread in the morning was delicious. I came from Hankyu Umeda, but it was hard to find the place.

部屋に歯ブラシ等のアメニティがなかった。 夜遅くだったので朝確認したら受付の裏にあった。 先に言ってくれれば良かった。 全体としては満足してます。

フロントの皆さんもとても親切で快適に過ごさせていただきました！ 遮音性は良くなく外からの嬌声も筒抜けですが、私は普通に寝られました。 朝食はごく軽いものですが、パンが美味しくて良かったです。部屋で食べられるように持ち出し用の袋を用意してくださっているのも助かりました。 また利用したいです。
