It was very clean and brand new. It’s also very close to the subway station which made it very convenient to get around.

The room was small but was okay considering we were here only for a day. The entry to the bathroom was at quiet a height. So odd. Kinda risky when you want to use the washroom midnight. To go to the station have to use these stairs that I have added in photos.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Metro Station. Washing machines (coin-operated) and an ice machine are available in the common area. A coffee machine is also available in the lobby, and water dispensers are provided on each floor. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the hotel facilities and the overall atmosphere, which felt welcoming and peaceful. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travellers.

Close to train station, lots of restaurants around train station, takes 5 mins walk from hotel to station. Breakfast is at the restaurant next to the hotel. Requested for late check out for one hour, hotel needs to charge ¥1100 per hour

Very close to Exit 7 of Shin-Osaka Subway Station. It's a bit of a walk to the JR station, but acceptable. Typical Japanese hotel room, I'm quite used to it now. However, it was a little noisy outside the window.
