Apartment Hotel 11 Kuromon

Location is excellent with convenience store and laundry shop downstairs! It is super clean inside the room, there is detail email before one day check in the email!

Room - good, clean, big enough for family stay, washing machine a plus. Location: 10 minutes walk from the main train station (to the airport). 2 Family mart within 100m.

Overall the location though not in the centre, its about 10 minutes walk to Dotonburi and Kuromon market. There are 2 family marts around the corner and 1 costco that operates 24 hours which makes is convenient. Its situated in a quiet street however it feels safe. Check in procedure is a bit complicated as all the information you need is not captured in 1 email but in several different emails from either the booking site or hotel itself. The room is clean with all the amenities provided, including washing machine and washing detergent. The shower comes with a dryer that can be used to dry your clothes which comes in handy. However when i had a cut on my finger, there was no first aid kit available in the entire vicinity, so point for improvement.

The room was very good, impressive. The room was spacious, clean, not far from Namba station. Convenient to travel to the airport, near the shopping area. If I have a chance, I will definitely come back to stay again. -----

Very clean, family mart just opposite. 10mins walk from Nankai airport line. However with luggages, will become 30mins, cause the road very crowded. Remember bring more handger, and hope can put some hooks in bathroom.

Location: This apartment complex is located close to Kuromon Ichiba Market, within a 5 minutes walk. The closest railway line is at Namba City and the closest Metro station is at Nippombashi station. By walking, both locations may take around 7-10 minutes to reach from the hotel. Dotonbori is a short walk or metro ride away from both locations. Based on experience, if you need to travel to/shin osaka with luggage, please plan to avoid the morning hour rush as the metro will be your fastest route there (if not by car or taxi) Amenities: Please note there is no bottled water provided, but there is a convenience store nearby to purchase bottled water. If staying for multiple days, trash is to be cleared by yourself, you can dispose of the trash bag in the ground floor trash collection area. Housekeeping is not provided but can be requested at extra charge (3400¥). Trash bags, extra towels, and other amenities are available for free in the lobby cabinet, restocked daily at 4pm. The room comes with a washing machine and clothes can be dried in the bathroom. Instructions to operate all amenities in the room can be found in the email sent from the hotel admin. Wifi is also provided but may be a little slow. The television can connect to Netflix/youtube. Beds were great and comfortable. Curtains were not full black out curtains but good enough for sleeping. Checking in: E-mail is sent from the hotel admin to inform you of the key collection method. In the e-mail, a link is sent for pre check in and check in. You can chat with the hotel admin through that link for queries. They were very responsive and fast. Just one thing to note, the room key is placed at the key box outside your room (not in the letterboxes on the ground floor). There is also only 1 room key per room. Luggage can be placed in the lobby if your room is not ready for check in. However, do note that the lobby is not staffed and not to place valuables in the luggage. We managed to get our rooms at 1pm+ when check in was 4pm (Thanks to the fast work from the house-keeping staff😍) There is also only 1 elevator so you may need to wait as it is servicing all 12 floors of the apartment. Multiple trips may be needed if you have many people/luggage. Checkout: Drop the room key in the key collection area.

Overall the room is very clean and tidy. Customer services are nice including instant feedback via line contact.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. Comes with a stove and microwave too! The hotel's location although a 5-7mins walk to namba station, made it convenient to explore the area. I highly recommend here for a memorable and comfortable experience.

Very nice place to stay!!! Everything are great and comfortably. They have some area for leaving your luggages during 10.00-18.00 beside elevator.
