Art Namba Higashi

It was great being so close to downtown Osaka. I took the airport express train from Kansai Airport to Namba Station, and it took about 10 minutes to get to my room. There was an elevator, and the room was spacious, with a sofa, TV, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The dishes were clean, and there was a washing machine, detergent, and other amenities. There was no dryer, but you could dry them on a drying rack. However, towels weren't provided daily, so washing them before use was a bit inconvenient. Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, Tsutenkaku Observatory, Tennoji Park, and other attractions were all within a 10-minute walk. Namba Parks Department Store is also conveniently located near Namba Station, making it easy to take a stroll through the Sky Garden and go shopping. There were also many great restaurants. I'd love to go again.

It is within walking distance from Namba, and a large family of six was able to rest comfortably for three days. The room was clean and everything was provided. There were plenty of towels. There was a convenience store nearby just a short walk away, and it was very quiet at night, so I slept well. However, please note that there are no disposable spoons or chopsticks. Everything else was provided. If I go to Osaka again next time, I would like to stay here again~Good 👍

It was really spacious, unlike typical Japanese accommodations. The location wasn't bad either. However, it is definitely not as super clean as a hotel. In the room with two beds, the springs on the bed by the door were completely worn out, causing back pain that felt like it was going to break. It seemed like the sofa bed wasn't cleaned at all. You have to wash the towels yourself for your extended stay. If you are okay with all of this and want a spacious place, I recommend it. The price is also affordable for this price.

You wouldn't know it from the outside, but the inside was very clean and comfortable!

The room owner was quite friendly and very nice. However, I was a little surprised when I first entered because the cleaning was a bit lacking. Other than that it worked very well.
