The bathroom has a weird smell. There was a lot of dust, dirt, garbage under our beds. It seems as if the cleaners just sweep things under there and never deal with it. It’s quite close to an anime/model area. Quite close to some really good shopping malls.

Hotel location is close to yazaka shrine, wholesale fish market and namba station. Room is a bit stuffy. Does not have aircon in autumn.

This is a basic hotel closer to Daikokucho station as compared to Namba. 10 mins walk from Namba but it’s on a quiet street. No daily room service, as we stayed for 8 nights we got 2x cleaning service. It would be better if the hotel provided daily garbage cleaning even if there is no daily room cleaning. It’s not very comfortable to have garbage piled up in the room. The aircon also centrally managed so it’s on heater mode even though the temp outside is 19-20 degrees, so the room was really warm. At least the front desk offered to lend me a fan in the room

Good location near Namba though a little further than I imagine. Small but clean room. Handy with convenience store nearby. We booked futon bed type but the bedsheets was like a big thin table cloth just covering on top of the mattress which feels unsecured or not very hygienic... For futon of other hotels' futon that we experienced were typically big and properly wrapping all sides. Still an enjoyable experience overall.

The hotel is located about 10 minutes away from Namba station by walking. One of the road seems quiet and dark but it's accessible from the big main road so it felt safe. It takes about 18-20 minutes to get to the main Dotonbori area which was a bit challenging to walk everyday so we took a taxi sometimes. The hotel as it is is really clean and all the staff were so kind also they provide a washing machine, a dryer, vending machine for drinks and free amenities. The room was a bit small for 2 adults with 3 suitcases but it's understandable with the price. Thanks!

It was a cozy and comfortable stay but nonetheless, this hotel would be great for travellers like myself with little baggage. The hotel is located slightly further away from city area and hence when walking back to the hotel at night, it do get a little scary. Nonetheless, my partner and I enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back.

The experience here left me somewhat disappointed.
The air conditioning in the room made it hard for me to sleep. It’s centralized, very hot & stuffy in the room. This environment made it really difficult to sleep at night, affecting my overall stay.
The hotel’s location was not very good, 12 minutes walk to Namba.
