Exiting Tennoji Station, you can take the pedestrian bridge on the second floor and head up to the 19th floor where the lobby is, as shown in picture 1. Alternatively, if you cross the street, there's a direct elevator to the lobby at the location marked in picture 7. The hotel is on a high floor, offering absolutely stunning views, and the area around Tennoji is quite bustling. The suite is spacious enough, though the room's furnishings are a bit simple. The bathroom door can be a bit noisy when opening and closing. The internet is good, it's clean, and the pillows are comfortable. The views from the bathroom while bathing at night are absolutely breathtaking.

The service was excellent, and the location is a huge plus, making it easy to get anywhere. Dining and shopping are incredibly convenient, all in one place. There's a confectionery shop on the lower floor of Kintetsu and restaurants on the first floor. You could try something different every day and still not run out of options!

My favorite hotel in Osaka, mainly because both times I've visited, I've stayed here. **Location:** It's a major transportation hub, making it super convenient to get to Universal Studios, Umeda, or the airport in any direction. Everything is roughly within a 30-minute reach. **Hotel Environment:** Clean, tidy, and excellent service. The night view is absolutely stunning. **Surroundings:** There's a mall and plenty of restaurants downstairs, all within walking distance. There are tons of choices, and it's less crowded than the city center. Those popular shoe stores that always have lines in the city? Here, they're spacious and empty. Both times I've stayed, my room faced different directions, and both views were amazing. At night, after the little one was asleep, just sitting by the window and zoning out was incredibly relaxing. Alright, there's nothing left to praise!

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a subway station, with a large shopping mall, Kintetsu Department Store, just downstairs, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. Staying on a higher floor offers great views, and the rooms are quite spacious. Definitely recommended.

Stayed in a renovated room on the 54th floor, the view was amazing. The room size is quite large for a Japanese hotel. However, the hotel breakfast was just average.

The overall service was excellent, and the view from the room was absolutely beautiful! The only thing was that when I first entered the room, there was a strange, unidentifiable smell, which I guess is why every room is equipped with an air purifier.

The room was really big and spacious, and very clean. The high-floor view was excellent too. The service was thoughtful and personalized. The hotel's location is super convenient; the subway station is right downstairs, and there's a park and shopping mall nearby, so you have everything you need.

Excellent location! Kintetsu Department Store is right downstairs, and it's surrounded by the MIO and Abeno Harukas, and Hoop shopping malls. No need to deal with the crowds in Shinsaibashi. The night view from the room is absolutely stunning, I'd give it 101 points!

Amazing stay for our family at Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel. The room was spotless, spacious and had an incredible city view. We also appreciated having connecting rooms, which made it much easier to look after our 2-year-old child comfortably during the trip. The location was super convenient with direct access to the station and shopping mall. Service from the staff was warm, professional and very helpful throughout our stay. Facilities were excellent and the hotel felt luxurious yet comfortable. Highly recommended for families visiting Osaka! Good for family who rent a car as well as the parking for hotel guest has a flat rate of 3000¥ for multiple entry and exits daily

This hotel stay was fantastic! The views from the hotel itself allowed us to see all of Osaka, so there was no need to visit any other paid observation decks. The breakfast was also incredibly rich and varied.

Having stayed at Westin Kyoto and Shisui Nara just before Osaka Marriott Miyako, all within a similar price range under the Marriott portfolio, Osaka Marriott Miyako unfortunately felt underwhelming in comparison. The room felt somewhat dated and surprisingly dark. There was no practical space with good lighting for makeup, and the dressing mirror being fixed above the basin made it awkward and inconvenient to use. The biggest advantage is undoubtedly its location directly above Kintetsu Department Store, but beyond that, the overall stay experience did not quite match the standard or refinement of the other two properties. At this price point, there are certainly better options available in Osaka.

The location is absolutely fantastic. It's surrounded by malls, so as soon as you open your eyes, you're ready to shop. There's so much to buy, you'll literally run out of time! The hotel's cleanliness and facilities are also excellent. It's an older hotel, but it's very well-maintained. The room view is simply stunning. The service is top-notch, truly five-star quality. On a side note, it seems Ctrip, as an agency, doesn't have much pull with Marriott. I've tried a few times overseas, even as a loyalty member, to just get a higher floor room, and was politely but firmly declined. When will we finally get the best of both worlds?

This is the tallest hotel in Osaka, and while it's an older property, Marriott's quality standards are still evident. My service experience was a bit average due to a language barrier. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. There's also Japan's largest department store right downstairs, which is great for shopping, and hotel guests even get a discount. Plus, the Abeno Harukas observation deck is upstairs, and hotel guests get free access. Because most buildings around Osaka are quite low, the 260-meter height feels much more impressive than similar heights in my home country. If you have a fear of heights or are concerned about earthquakes, you might want to skip this one.
