This is a great value-for-money accommodation! It has a kitchen and a washing machine, so you don't need to pack too much. They also offer bicycles for guests to use. The host speaks Chinese and gave us a good introduction to the area, which helped us settle in quickly without having to explore everything ourselves. It's super close to the train station. Even though we walked a lot every day and were tired from sightseeing, we were always motivated to head back because it's practically right there after getting off the train!

If you're heading to Osaka and don't need a 5-star place, this is definitely a good option. It's close to the train station, and the landlady is really nice. We had an issue with the heating, and she immediately sent someone to fix it. The place is simple, but it has everything you need – thumbs up!

The price was really good, and the place was super clean – highly recommend! The room was huge, with five beds, so you could literally sleep wherever you wanted. The separate shower and toilet were really convenient and hygienic. Getting around was fairly easy; Nishitenkachaya station doesn't accept QR code payments, but Tenkachaya isn't too far, just a 10-15 minute walk. I'd probably choose to stay here again next time; it's a solid recommendation.
