Room is spacious and fully equipped by facilities eg. washer and dryer and a simple pantry. Room is very clean as well. the only weak point is the location, about 10-15mins walking distance from nagahoribashi station, luckily there are family marts nearby. definitely will come again in coming osaka trip!

感覺是被很多個地鐵站包圍的地方，但是前往每一個地鐵站都要10分鐘左右。但是房間裏的設施很齊全，煮食爐餐具廚具洗衣機烘乾功能都有。還有一個小露台，真的很舒服！！廁所和浴室是分開，這點也很方便。

位置方便，行十分鐘就可到心齋橋、住宿設備齊全、廁所用品可自行在大堂添加的、房間空間亦很寬敞、浴室還設有乾燥系統很方便。
這是一家self service 的酒店民宿，所以沒有人會在大堂服務你的。
下次到訪大阪仍會選擇這家民宿。

是自助check in，離各個景點都有點小距離，但還算方便！房間乾淨，可以煮飯有這種餐具！還有洗衣機。

算是民宿式的酒店，優點是房間裏有餐具微波爐冰箱和洗衣機，面積比傳統酒店要大一些，酒店樓下就有便利店。
説一下不足的地方，酒店距離日本橋地鐵站有點距離，拖着箱子走還是有點累的。到日本橋地鐵站和道頓堀都是步行10分鐘吧。
房間裏掛衣架設計有些不太合理。還有就是，房間裏是一張大床和一張小床，對於2人入住的話，反而有點累贅，面積都被小床佔據了，房間裏的活動空間影響蠻大的！如果房間裏衹放一張大床，空間佈局會好很多！

大家訂的時候要再注意mail是否有寄入住 的注意事項
要特別注意
住一交通方便離黑門市場和道頓堀都近
但床上有看到頭髮
清理的不是很乾淨
下次要再去會再考慮別家

全自助入住，沒有前台，但客服反應很快，遇到問題都能很快解決，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，洗衣機微波爐冰箱鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全，要不是簽證到期，住下去可以過日子啦😊😀😀

多年的攜程高級會員、多年的訂房經歷、日本之旅，從來沒有遇到過這次這般糟心的經歷。1⃣️提前聯繫酒店要高樓層，最後給我安排了個三樓，並回復我是系統自動安排，那請問我提前聯繫的意義何在？2⃣️酒店設施有問題，要充電必須開着燈，聯繫酒店未回覆，導致我一夜沒法睡，凌晨5點左右實在熬不住了才睡了一小會；3️⃣因為沒休息，我出現頭痛、眼睛痛、心臟痛的症狀，提出提前退房申請，不承擔後續未住房費，酒店承認他們設施確實有問題，但拒絕申請；4️⃣酒店給我安排了2樓，樓層越來越低，和我一開始的訴求背道而馳，而且設施問題也沒改變，半夜12點，我洗完衣服，發現浴室的晾衣桿沒有，一開始以為他們會及時送過來，也就想想算了，結果告訴我讓我曬陽台，缺的物品第二天送過來。我表示不同意，因為都是第二天一早需要穿的衣服。最後她讓我半夜下樓找鑰匙開原來的房門，並要我別動房間，打掃過了，拜託，誰半夜這麼累且一天一夜沒休息的情況下去其他地方折騰；5️⃣房間的照片都是騙的，根本沒有那麼大，也沒那麼乾淨、重點是不管發現什麼情況，店家先在意的是她的訂單，而不是你是不是有非常需要幫助的地方
