The room is hot, turn on AC to the coldest, but it is still warm. Had to take cold shower a few times to keep cool in the middle of the night.

Very nice hotel with good location if you like to stay at Nambo station nearby. Next to famous shopping street and it is especially good for families visit. For sure, it is our good option for us to stay at Osaka. Only concern is some noise during late evening from outside. Our rooms face to main road and there was some noise from car engine during some kind of car "speedy running" at late evening while I was sleeping already. It is not hotel problem but for those with noise sensibly people like me, you should inform hotel in advance.

The room is good.  The location is good.  Crews are nick.The 早餐is very good~

Great experience staying here. Room was very spacious by Japanese standards and filled with thoughtful amenities. Location is convenient and less than a 10 minute walk for access to 2 different train stations. I had a small issue with the tax charges when I booked the room, which the hotel asked I resolve with Trip directly. Even though I never got an explanation as to why the VAT charges were nearly 3x higher than any of my other 10 bookings in Japan, Trip agreed to issue a partial refund. Just note that you may be paying a bit more to book than the price listed on the site, but the hotel and staff were worth it imo.
