The apartment is designed with elevator access to each unit, so your elevator card is your key; no one else can access your floor. The apartment structure has passed Japanese fire safety inspections, and you certainly couldn't access other floors yourself, as you undoubtedly tested it upon check-in. Since you stayed for three nights without experiencing the issues you worried about, it's extremely unreasonable to give us a negative review based on your own anxieties.
