Great location with plenty of dining options nearby! It's a 5-minute walk to the airport bus stop and an 8-minute walk to the Umeda shopping district. You can also easily access Kobe and Kyoto from Osaka Station. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time!

The hotel is easy to find, and there are many dining options downstairs. It's also very convenient for subway access. The only downsides are that there are only two washing machines, which are constantly occupied, making it hard to do laundry. The room is also a bit small, making it difficult to fully open a suitcase.

This was my second stay at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Osaka Umeda after a great experience in December 2025. Overall, the hotel still offers fantastic value. The location is super convenient, and the price point is very affordable. I especially appreciate having cold and hot water dispensers on every floor, as well as the ice machine located in the 1st-floor laundry room. The nearby convenience store is a short walk away, which is totally acceptable. Unfortunately, this 4-night stay wasn't quite as seamless as my first. I found hair inside one of the pillowcases, which I recorded and removed myself. Aside from that issue, everything else was fine. I hope housekeeping pays a bit more attention to detail in the future, as I would still like to return!

Great location! It's only a 5-6 minute walk to Umeda for the airport limousine bus and the subway station, which is a lifesaver when you have luggage. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and it's super convenient for shopping. The room was clean and well-equipped. I'd definitely choose to stay here again!

This hotel is super conveniently located near Osaka Umeda subway station, making it incredibly easy to get to Kyoto and Nara. It's also very close to all the major department stores, basically within a 10-minute walk. Plus, the front desk staff was really nice. I wanted to do laundry, but someone else hadn't removed their clothes yet, so she helped me take them out first. The price was also quite reasonable, and since it's a Marriott brand, I felt more at ease.

Great location, with lots of restaurants nearby and very close to Yodobashi Camera. The room isn't big but it's perfectly adequate, and the facilities are quite new. The set-menu breakfast was decent enough.
