The apartment was clean and refreshing, with a spacious, Japanese-style minimalist design. It came equipped with a kitchenette, rice cooker, and washing machine, so I could do laundry and cook. I really enjoyed showing off my cooking skills! The air conditioning and natural light were great, and the location was convenient. It felt very homey and offered excellent value for money.

Great stay. Clean, comfortable and complete amenities. Shower room is very well lighted and controllably heater. Water pressure is great as well. Well although the mattress can be lil bit hard, but it was still comfortable.

Great location, near konbini (711, Family mart & lawson), near metro station. Amenities totally complate (include iron, washing machine, etc). The only thing need to upgrade is their bed, too hard hehe. But still goo

The hotel isn't bad. The room size is excellent, with a good bathroom and toilet. There's also a balcony and a good washing machine, plus a decent elevator and reception. Downsides: a cracked balcony glass, dirty armchair textiles and bed upholstery, a TERRIBLE mattress, and a burnt-out kettle (we didn't use it because it looked dangerous).

I've been here so many times, I never expected to have such a terrible experience staying at a hotel in Japan. First, the room was really old and rundown, the floors were damaged (see pictures). Second, they only provided one bath towel, not even a hand or face towel. The bath towel wasn't clean either (see pictures). Then, on the bed, there was just a single sheet over the mattress (like a spring mattress), with no pad or topper in between. I tried it out briefly, and the mattress sagged terribly; who knows how long it's been used. Also, there was no TV. It was so much worse than I expected (and what the pictures showed). After getting into the room in the middle of the night, I didn't dare stay long and immediately booked another hotel.

Customer service was helpful. Had a few issues with the initial hotel room but they managed to help us to get a new room on the first day. Really appreciative of that. The hotel room is similar to an apartment in Japan. Separate shower room and W.C area. Also comes with a 2 in 1 washing machine and dryer. Dryer wasn't really effective, not sure if I did the correct settings. But not a problem as we could air dry the clothes in the balcony. Functional kitchen stove and hood with pots and utensils, fridge and microwaves are available in the room as well. 2 big beds, mattress was a little bit hard but still manageable. The floors were abit dusty so it will be a must to wear their inhouse slippers. Possible suggestions to the hotel would be to add a shower chair as well as maybe a couple chairs in the room. And maybe provide a few more hangers for drying clothes or if not a pole to hang our clothes on in the balcony. Apart from that, had a good stay here, would come back again in the future.

The best place ever stayed in Osaka! It was so comvenient that everything was accessible from a grocery store to konbinis to the train station. Not to mention the size of the place is bigger than most hotels I've ever stayed at. A good and quiet neighborhood with shopping street just a 10 minute walk. Definitely would come back here again! Only drawback I can think of is not having a TV but if you're in Japan you wouldn't care about watching TV since you will be out on the move most times.
