Excellent stay! The room was spacious and comfortable with modern decor, much larger than average. The location is super close to Namba attractions, just a short walk away.

The service and environment were both excellent! It's perfect for family trips, with spacious rooms, a bathroom equipped with a washing machine, TV, and even a bathtub. The kitchen has all the basic amenities, and customer service was incredibly responsive. We were so happy to have such a wonderful stay throughout our trip! ☺️

We were a group of 6, including kids, traveling together. The hotel's location is excellent, and it seems to attract a lot of Western guests. The room design was well-thought-out, very clean, and we all slept comfortably. My only minor gripe was that we checked in quite late and didn't receive the room key; I actually went upstairs myself and found it in the door. Oh, and the little shop just to the right when you exit is really good! 👍

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was super convenient with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Customer service was also very responsive. Overall, a great experience!

Apartment was great. Super spacious. Can fit 2adults 3kids and in-laws. Spacious bathrooms. If need to laundry large amount the 24hr laundry shop 2 shops away. There is a washer inhouse and japanese dryer in bathroom.. can dry clothese within 1hr. Even thick clothes. Metro is only 3min walk away. Come out of apartment left turn, end of road, left again walk 1 min entrance to Metro station.

I booked the room that can fit 6 so it’s perfect for big group or families travelling together. Place is nice and clean. And new so that’s good. Only one bathroom though. Had a small living room area where all can relax and chat plus a long dining counter/table for eating in. Small parking lot across the street and around the area. So driving is convenient. Walkable to malls and well know streets. Highly recommend, but don’t expect any service. Your on your own to figure out how to collect key from box. Just keep alert of their email instructions. I must say the towels they provided was very soft. Just the pillow was a bit hard. Overall still a good place to stay in Osaka!
