The room itself is spacious, and when we first arrived, we were very impressed. My child loved the room, so our first impression was excellent.
Unfortunately, our experience was completely ruined by the housekeeping service. We stayed for four nights, and from the second day onward, I put the “Please Clean the Room” sign on the door every single day. Despite this, our room was never cleaned—not even once.
It is unacceptable to expect a family of four to stay for four nights without any housekeeping. Can you imagine three girls sharing one room for four days? Hair accumulated all over the floor, and I had no choice but to clean it myself using the wet wipes I had brought from home because the hotel provided no cleaning supplies whatsoever.
What made it even more frustrating was coming back to the hotel after spending the entire day sightseeing. After walking for hours and being exhausted, you naturally look forward to returning to a clean, fresh room where you can relax and recharge. Instead, we had to come back to the same dirty room every single night, with the trash still there, the floor still covered in hair, and nothing refreshed. Rather than feeling welcomed, it felt like we had never left.
To make matters worse, it was nearly impossible to contact the hotel staff. There was no way to get assistance or resolve the issue during our stay.
A hotel is supposed to be a place where guests can rest comfortably after a long day. Returning to a clean room is one of the most basic expectations of any hotel stay. Sadly, that basic service was completely missing. The spacious room and good first impression could not make up for the lack of housekeeping and poor customer service. This was extremely disappointing and not the level of service I expected.
