Excellent! I always stay here whenever I visit. It's so convenient to buy groceries from Kuromon Market and cook them right away. The room size is also good, much larger than typical hotel rooms.

Love the amenities that were available in the hotel, check in process was hassle free and easy. Only down side was that it was a distance away from both Namba station and Nippombashi station so if you are coming with heavy luggage, it might be a struggle. I’m willing to stay here again if I visit Osaka in the future

Second time staying here in under a year, and it’s still amazing! Very clean, spacious, and not crowded. Great location—walking distance to attractions—and includes a washing machine. The staff kindly placed us on the same floor as our family as requested. Will definitely stay here again

I've stayed here every time I've visited Osaka, and it's always clean and tidy. It's easy to dispose of trash, and having a kitchen and dining table in the room is great for cooking your own meals. There's also a balcony, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, which is super convenient for drying clothes overnight. The location is excellent, right next to Kuromon Market, with a 'Gyomu Super' (business supermarket) downstairs, and both Life and Kuromon supermarkets a short walk away. Very convenient surroundings overall.

It’s our second time staying at Apartment Hotel 11 Kuromon. The location is perfect for a relaxed holiday in Osaka. It is close to Kuromon Market, Namba and Den Den town. It’s in a quiet spot and close to convenient stores such as 7-11, Lawson and Family Mart. I will definitely stay here again next time we are in Osaka.
