The B&B rooms are comfortable and clean, with a large fridge and luggage storage service. It's located near Nihonbashi subway station, making it convenient to get to Dobutsuen-mae station. There are many restaurants downstairs, including Chinese steamed buns, Japanese sashimi rice, conveyor belt sushi, traditional omurice, and the "Osaka bursting beef sandwich" is the best. There's also a 23-hour Aeon supermarket about a 5 to 10-minute walk away. However, customer service is quite slow to respond; even for urgent needs, you might not hear back until the next day, which could use some improvement.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time. The location here is excellent, the accommodations are comfortable, and the facilities are new and clean. There's also a large balcony where you can hang clothes, making it feel just like home, very relaxing. Any issues encountered during the stay were met with quick responses and resolutions; the service was very thoughtful. You don't need to sort trash here, which makes disposal very convenient. Before arriving, I was actually worried about having to sort trash and not knowing how to handle it, so I was completely relieved after checking in. Overall, everything was great; it was a very pleasant stay. I will definitely prioritize this accommodation if I visit Osaka again in the future, and I'll also recommend it to my friends and family.

The environment was great and very clean. The self-check-in process was clearly explained, which saved us a lot of time.

The hotel is incredibly close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, practically within walking distance. Dining options are also very convenient. The room facilities are complete, and being able to cook for myself was a huge plus. It's also very near the subway station, making transportation easy. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

This is my second time staying here, and for the second time, I'm asking myself: why do I keep doing this? Despite the recent renovation, the room's cleanliness and overall condition leave a lot to be desired. The room was very poorly cleaned before our arrival; there were other people's hair and trash on the floor. The water in the sink drains very slowly. On the bright side: the room is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the common area is nice, and the location is good too.
