On the day after my room was cleaned, I discovered that my valuable pants had gone missing. Unfortunately, the front desk staff did not speak English, and all communication had to rely on translation devices. The translations provided were often inaccurate, which made resolving the situation extremely challenging. Ultimately, I had to seek assistance from Trip.com’s support team to help recover my pants.
While I appreciate that the item was eventually returned, the language barrier and communication difficulties created unnecessary stress. I hope the hotel can consider improving multilingual support to prevent similar issues for future guests.
