It is the first time I stay at a Richmond hotel and I am impressed by the comfort and service. Nothing complicated, the registration was efficient and swift. Room of good size for Japan. Location is near subway station and major train station for the KIX airport and Kyoto etc. Amenities not in room but plenty for guests to collect responsibly in the lobby. The property may only be a 3-star one but the services and its maintenance upgrade it tobacco 4-star hotel.

Room was slightly smaller than expected but overall still clean. Amenities can be collected at the dedicated shelf infront of the front desk as it is not provided in the room. Staff can converse in English quite OK and was ready to provide answers to our queries.

The hotel is located near Daikokucho Station and is a 3-minute walk from the Kikizu Market. Namba Yasaka Shrine and Tsutenkaku are only a few to ten minutes' walk away. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, and shopping is also very convenient.
Although the room is relatively small, the staff and hygiene are very good.

Because it was my first time traveling abroad, I was very worried and worried that something might happen.
All of the staff were friendly. Even though I didn't understand the language, they somehow resolved the issue and there was one staff member who could speak Korean, so it was very friendly. Next time I go to Osaka, I want to stop by again because the location is so convenient.
