Hilton Osaka Hotel

Facilities: The lobby is very stylish, though the room is a bit small, especially the bathroom where there's hardly space to turn around. However, the bed is huge, made of two single beds pushed together, and it was the most comfortable sleep I had on this trip. Cleanliness: It's very clean. Ambiance: It's considered one of the more upscale hotels in the area, with many foreign guests staying here. Service: Overall, the service was very satisfying. Location: The location is also very convenient; Hankyu + Lucua are all you need for shopping.

Extremely convenient for both transportation and shopping. The entrance is a bit hard to find, but it's close to Hilton Plaza East, and right across the street from Louis Vuitton, just for your reference.

The best thing about this hotel is its excellent location, right across from Osaka Umeda Station, with fantastic shopping and dining options nearby! I particularly loved the upscale shopping and dining at Herbis and the adjacent Hilton Plaza. It's truly a favorite spot of mine, and I'll definitely be staying here again!

Overall, it was good. The staff were very enthusiastic and provided thoughtful service. The hotel room was quite spacious, and it's very close to Osaka Station and the airport limousine bus stop.

Had a fantastic experience, stayed for 6 nights straight. The room was cleaned impeccably every single day. The service was warm and welcoming, and the location is absolutely prime—super convenient for transportation, dining, and shopping. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but I decided to book it anyway because of the location, and I'm so glad I did! The rooms are big and clean, and housekeeping is very quick and efficient. The location is fantastic, right opposite Daimaru. Once you get your bearings, you can get to Hankyu via the underground passage really quickly without having to go above ground at all, which is also great for places like LUCUA and GRAND FRONT. A taxi to the Glico Man sign in Shinsaibashi and the Kani Doraku main branch only cost 2400 JPY. The only minor issue was that I booked two rooms and specifically requested no corner rooms, but we ended up with one at each end of the hallway. Luckily, the elevator to the first room requires a turn, so we weren't disturbed by any noise at night. The breakfast isn't super extensive, but it has all the essentials, so overall I'm very satisfied.

This hotel is conveniently located in the Umeda business district, right next to Osaka Station, offering beautiful night views. During the day, you can walk to Nakanoshima, and if you're up for it, even to Osaka Castle. The rooms are spacious and clean, meeting Hilton's usual high standards.
