Location is great, 15 min walk to shinshaibashi. But it’s quieter with some local grocery stores within the block.
it’s a more like an Air BnB, with affordable prices, nothing much to complain.
Wifi is the only problem. Terrible.

As its name suggested, it is located on the east side of Dontonbori (東心齋橋). However, it is quite far from any metro station. So on the day when you arrive or depart, you need to walk about 15 minutes to the closest subway station, which will not be easy if you have a big suitcase or if it rains.
They seemed to have a lot of inexperienced staff working there without any proper training. The answer from one staff was always different from the other one. For example, we did not have any slippers in the room so we asked the front desk girl and she said the hotel does not provide slippers, which is not common in Japan. After a while, we asked another girl and she got us a pair from the store room.
There is only 1 elevator in the whole building.
Their rate is not high but if you are willing to pay a little more, you will find some other better options.

Come down from Nagahoribashi Bridge and take a walk. Press the navigation exit. Keep walking and then turn a corner and you will see the whole family. There are young brothers and sisters at the front desk who can speak Chinese. There is also a small balcony in the room. Except for the bathroom, it is super small. Other than that, everything else is okay, and the price is moderate. Basically, you can walk to Shinsaibashi and Namba within 1.2-1.4 kilometers.
