4.2/5Very GoodI stayed this hotel in 2017 which was impressed me by lots of amenities provided in the lobby as well as the drinks and snacks. 5 years past, I insisted to stay in this hotel and finally without any regrets. The room is clean and a massage chair in the room as before. The snack has been changed to the complimentary aftertea which is impressive. Chinese staff is of much assistance when I checked in and provided lots of information of the hotel facilities.

5/5PerfectBalita Hotel is our first choice hotel every time we go to Osaka, and we have stayed here four times. Because the hotel is in a good location, it is very close to Tennoji Subway Station. You can reach the hotel in 5 minutes after getting off the subway. It is very convenient for eating and shopping in the surrounding area. Downstairs is the FamilyMart convenience store. This hotel also comes with free afternoon tea every day, as well as unlimited drinks every day. Because we stayed for five nights, we were given a 19,500 yen voucher that could be used for breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food was cheap, so we didn’t spend it all in the end. Hotel guests can also have a free bowl of ramen as a midnight snack every day, and the service is very good.

4.7/5OutstandingAll the employees were very service minded and had a good time. Afternoon tea was so happy that I couldn't eat all the sweets. The children were delighted with the (self) ramen that can be used after 20:00. I was able to use the drink bar freely during my stay, which was helpful because I stayed in August. However, the floor of the drink bar was soggy, so it would be helpful if you could mop it.

Like the location near train station n Tennoji Park. Staff not good at English n with helpful. Lots of freebies though room is small but cosy.
