Reviews of Doutonbori Crystal Hotel

Amazing first time stay at this hotel, super clean and tidy. Walking distance to nearby Dotonbori which has many delicious food and lots of shopping to do. Highly recommended to stay !

The stay was very comfortable, the hotel rooms were well-equipped, the hotel front desk service was very good, the hotel was clean and hygienic. The location of the hotel was satisfactory.

We booked a twin room as two friends while travelling around. The room was so small we could hardly find space for our suitcases. As we are not a family, the conditions were quite restrictive, thus it was not easy to relax in the room. Otherwise the hotel is nice, receptionists are helpful. The location is quite convenient to travel around Osaka.

It was clean, the price was cheap, and most of all, the location was 5 minutes away from the downtown area, so it was very convenient and nice. I plan to stay here every time I travel to Osaka. The photos were taken right before we checked out, so they might be a little messy.

The room is really big enough. Three suitcases can be opened without any problem. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas. There is a large bathtub for bathing and the shower head is separated on the other side. In Japan, there is such a big room at this price. Great 👍

The room has Chinese service Facilities: Complete, surrounding supporting facilities are complete, there is a large commercial street next to it, hot pot, etc. I will stay here again next time I go there, this restaurant is great! Hahaha

It is about five minutes' walk from the Dotonbori area. The room is small but well-equipped. There are many Chinese and Korean restaurants and drugstores nearby.

The location is close to Dotonbori, but you still have to walk a distance to get to the core area of ​​Shinsaibashi.

The room is not very good, noisy, and small. The waiter's attitude is too bad. I am really speechless. Whatever I want is not available. I don't like it. Avoid it. I strongly recommend you not to stay here. The waiter also cursed.

The man at the front desk who is suspected to be a Nepalese has a bad attitude! He is unwilling to issue a proof of accommodation, shaking his head and staring at the guests, refusing to issue one for each guest. I have never seen such a bad front desk clerk in China or abroad! Dear friends, don't stay there!

The location is convenient, there is a bus outside the airport, and it only takes a few minutes to get to the hotel after getting off the bus.

Pros: Super clean and hygienic, toilet very well acclaimed, there is a stool  can sit to take a shower, convenient for the elderly, bed is ok, things are new, staff English ok, are proactive. Cons: The pillow is too soft, you have to go out and wash your own clothes. Another place is opposite Dotonbori, far to the subway station walk, it is recommended to take Nankai to Namba, directly take a taxi to much more convenient

The environment is very good, but it is a bit far from the subway, but there are many duty-free shops and convenience stores nearby. The overall experience is very good, the room size is suitable, and the bathroom is spacious.
