I like the breakfast room as it is opened throughout the day. You could consume your takeaway meals here and pair them with coffee or tea.

The hotel provide free breakfast and they do change the main dishes. A short walk from the train station. Will stay in this hotel again in the future.

The hotel is near the train station if you know how to go to a specific exit. If not you will end up walking a very long distance as you will be on the other side of the train track and making a u turn requires substantial time. In our room we can hear train noise as sound insulation is not good enough. There's no bottled water in the room even if you are willing to pay for it ( not foc ). There's no bench for putting luggage. The toilet wc flush is not working properly. Breakfast is not nice and also lacks variety.

6mins walk from Shin-Osaka station!
Lovely space and mini library to chill and daily breakfast provided! Breakfast was quite a spread for a considerably small hotel.

Overall, we are impressed with the room size & bedding of this hotel. We enjoyed our stay here. Will be back again to Osaka.
1. Room & bed size is comfortable.
2. Bathroom sufficient space. Clean
3. Privacy in terms of quietness was good.
4. Hotel breakfast was great. Coffee lovers sure well taken care here.
5. Just need to walk some distances to hotel 1st day check in.

Clean, decent sized room, good staff, and good breakfast. The location is close to shin-osaka which is good, but there is nothing in the area itself.

Good family hotel with adequate facilities.However the heating did not work for 1 of our rooms and the hotel staff helped to provide a portable heater.

Super huge room compared to surrounding hotels.
Helpful and polite staff and free breakfast included in all bookings.

Staff are nice, room is clean. Close to Shin-Osaka Station so it's easy to travel around, even to other cities like Kobe and Kyoto.
