Counter staffs helpful and nice, highly recommend ONSEN in this hotel , so….comfortable after whole days shopping😝😝.., ESP. they closed at 1am., 👍🏻 Free coffee, tea bags & snack., 👍🏻.,

The place is in a nice location the metro station is just a walk away. There is a coffee machine, hot water, tea, nuts and cookies every afternoon in the lobby. We book a 3 pax per room and it was a decent size. The breakfast is ok. They serve the sausages and bacon alternatley. We stayed for 8 nights. Lawson,family mart, life and tamade is just nearby. There are some restaurants as well near the area.

Great hotel with superb location. Next to the train station with an elevator at the exit :). Highly recommend!

I'd recommend this if you are visiting Zepp Namba for a live-house show! The location is very close to Daikokucho Exit 6 and it's close to other attractions as well.

We came back to this hotel again after spending 3 days in Kyoto. The hotel staff are helpful and efficient, love the location, just right next to the train station and the beverages and snacks provided at the lobby lounge area. Check in and Check out were seamless. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location, very convenient and multiple convenience stores nearby. Only setback is the check in queue was very long as there were only 2 counters. But other than that everything was perfect.

This hotel was our main stay when we came to Osaka to visit Universal Studios. I chose this one because it was a little cheaper than other hotels near the park. Across the street from the hotel is the JR station, which is one stop away from Universal Studios and a 10-minute walk away. Very convenient. 2 adults 1 child, 3 single beds, stayed 2 nights, the hotel environment is good, the room is almost smaller than I expected, is smaller, clean, bright, sparrow although small five organs to describe very appropriate, play tired, When you are tired of walking, you can take a bath in the large bath and soak in the hot spring. The hotel is located next to the subway station. The living functions nearby are convenient. The transportation is convenient and it is not troublesome to get in and out. The transportation is very convenient. There is a convenience store, laundry and subway station next door. They have men's and women's soups. The buffet is Japanese style and very delicious. I especially love their strawberry ice cream.

Very clean. There is a foreign girl at the front desk who is very smiling. There are convenience stores and Noble Bird Yakitori nearby, but there are relatively few restaurants. However, it doesn’t affect me and I always go out to eat at specific restaurants It's very close to the exit of Daikokucho Station. You don't have to cross the street. You have to go to Shinsaibashi by one or two stops. There is a large Daiso nearby, as well as the Mujin Market Towels are changed and cleaned every day I will stay here next time in Osaka and recommend it to my friends.

It's clean, the room is big, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is easy to find. Take the subway to Omachi Station Exit 2 and walk to the right for a few minutes. It's also very close to the shopping street. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Shinsaibashi.

The hotel staff were friendly and nice, and there was a subway station right in front, so it was easy to access in various directions. The only thing I found was that the breakfast was a bit lacking~^^
