Reviews of Sotetsu Fresa Inn Osaka Namba

Fantastic location, right across from Osaka-Namba Station and within walking distance to Dotonbori. It made getting around Osaka extremely easy, especially for visiting popular attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. The room was compact but very clean and well organized, which is typical for Japanese business hotels. The hotel also provides useful amenities at the lobby such as toiletries, tea, and skincare items that guests can take as needed. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff were helpful. Overall, it’s a great value hotel with a very convenient location for exploring Osaka.

In front of the hotel is a metro station, Osaka Metro Namba Station (Midosuji, Sennichimae, and Yotsubashi lines) Very convenience location. There is a family Mart convenience store next to the hotel and walking distance to Dodonburi. Only the room is small and narrow for two big luggage. I will still consider to stay in this hotel next time.

The check-in experience was somewhat cold, which was disappointing after a long day of travel

Very convenient location, Namba Station entrance just right infront. FamilyMart beside, can be access from the hotel entrance. Walking distance to Dotonbori , just walk straight all the way. Will stay here again when visiting Osaka again.

Omg this hotel is so perfect🥰. Bus limousine stop was in front of the hotel and very close to Namba station. Can walk to dontonburi like 5mins. Got convenience store down stair. Got everything u need at the lobby (face cleanser,cleansing oil,hair conditioner…etc) Even the room was quite small but it does have everything u needed. Definitely will come back again.

The location is fantastic! It's a one-minute walk to Takashimaya and right across from OIOI. There's a FamilyMart downstairs, and you can reach two drugstores in just 30 seconds. This hotel's location is incredibly convenient.

The initial room I got was terrifying, body hair all over the rest room floor with a bit smell. The staff helped me to get the other room, which was cleaned. The location is very good.
