Totally rate 5 over 5, room is clean and big enough for 4 person to stay, and extra 5 stars for customer service ,they provide Whatsapp contact, it's very easy for us to communicate with👍🏻 customer service is polite ,fast to reply and speedy in solving problem. They also provide luggage storage service.

Good location within dotonbori area, but need a distance of walk from train station. With elevator and kitchen, meets basic needs. Room is small, barely open 2 medium luggages.

Good room

Not far from Nipponbashi subway exit 7. It's my first time staying in a B&B in Japan. The room is bigger than the hotel I stayed in before, but it has 2 standard double beds, which is a bit small for our family of 4. Check-in is very convenient. They sent us the check-in notice and the door and room password 2 days before departure. We arrived early and were allowed to check in early. We could also store our luggage on the last day, but we needed to notify the staff in advance. There is a washing machine in the room and laundry detergent is available, so you don't need to bring too many clothes. It's about 15 minutes' walk back from Shinsaibashi. There are 2 supermarkets nearby on the way back. They have discounts at night, which is a good place to buy supper. You can also go to DOTON PLAZA to take the airport bus on the way back to the airport. There are 2 buses per hour. I will consider it again next time I come.

The facilities are insufficient, there is not even a spatula, no hygiene products such as toothbrush and toothpaste are provided, no one is in charge of the room which is expected, but you can't store your luggage during checkout. I have never tried a hotel like this before.

It was a place I had to stay due to a sudden schedule, but I had a comfortable stay. The place was a reasonable distance from the subway station, Dotonbori, and Namba Station, and there were many similar places to stay nearby, so it was bright and bustling even at night. The light and noise blocking was adequate, and the air conditioner/heater and bathroom heater were useful. It wasn't a very fancy place that smelled like flowers, but it felt like a pension in a small domestic city. There was a small elevator, a small washing machine, a small dryer, and a small refrigerator. There was no soap or shower cotton, but they provided more towels than I thought, so I couldn't use them all. ㅎㅎㅎ As with other Japanese places to stay, it's hard to contain the leisureliness of a domestic place. ^0^

The space is large, there is a washing machine available, and the balcony can also be used to dry clothes. It is very helpful for me who did not bring too many clothes when I came to Japan. Since we were leaving on a late flight, the host was also very convenient for us to store our luggage.

You can think of it as a Japanese-style studio. The room is small, but the bed is big. There are many Chinese and Korean restaurants nearby. The streets are a bit scary at night. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the subway station. The price was a bit expensive because it was peak season, but it wouldn't have been so bad if the price was a bit cheaper~ It's small, but it's good because there's a kitchen.

Room facilities 👍There is a family-style refrigerator that can be used for freezing, other hotels cannot store ice cream, etc. There are all kinds of household appliances... washing machine, bathroom heater, stove, tableware... The room is quite spacious and has two bar chairs. There is also a family-style dining table in the basement for guests to use. Next time I visit Japan, I will recommend my friends and family to stay here again😍

To be honest, I am very satisfied. It was my first time in Japan and I didn't know it was hard to buy breakfast here. The store prepared all the stoves for you to solve breakfast. My two kids can eat the breakfast I made myself, which is very satisfying. The location of this store is also great, close to the Saibashi, Dotonbori business district, and the subway entrance. It was a great accommodation experience. If I come to Osaka again in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

Although small, it has everything. The luggage storage service is very considerate. Remember to contact the landlord via LINE to get the password before checking in to avoid being locked out, like us🤣

The room is clean, a bit far to walk but not too far, near Shinsaibashi, there are many convenience stores near the accommodation.

This is the first time I stayed in such an unattended B&B. It was very safe, the room was very clean, there was a balcony to hang clothes, and the location was very good, right in the commercial street, just a little distance from the subway station.
