I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Osaka. The service at the front desk was excellent. I would like to especially thank Ms. Noto for her kind and patient assistance in helping me find the best way to the airport. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Osaka!

The room design was modern and minimalist, making excellent use of the space, and it was spotless. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, which unfortunately led to a restless first night. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor lounge on the ground floor. The Western-style set breakfast was also quite delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel.

This is a real gem and excellent value for money. It’s in a great location, near to public transport and with plenty of cafes and bars in the area. All the staff, without exception, were delightful. Facilities are really good - great selection of toiletries, great shower/loo, free beer every day 18-19:00, room service etc. Breakfast was excellent and good value. Would recommend.

Fantastic facilities in the room, it was clean and everything we needed. The hotel itself was very nice and the free beer between 6-7 was a nice touch! Location was good, there was a 7-11 next door and close proximity to a metro station. Would stay here again!

A very cool concept for a hotel. A lot of amenities, restaurants, rooftop bar, resting cafe area and pool table. And theres even a DJ playing songs at lobby and free beer although Im not sure the timing but I saw. Room was very spacious, and the bathroom ambient is good.

The room was clean and very hygienic, and the service was personalized. There's also a free hot spring ♨️, which I sadly only peeked at because I was with my child and couldn't go in. I definitely want to try it next time!
