Good place to stay. Quite clean and cheap and not far from sightseeings.

Close to the Shin Imamiya Station makes it a convenient location to travel in Osaka.

Actually its better than what I expect. It’s clean and the staff is helpful. Highly recommend to backpackers

I had an awesome stay at the Hotel Sunplaza 2 Annex! The room was definitely on the smaller side, but it truly djd everything I needed it to do and was a great place to make plans in the morning and return to in the evening. Great location for trying food, taking the subway, and going shopping!

This is a good value hotel near Shin-Imamiya Station. It's clean and has a public bath on the first floor, which is nice. The self-service bar on the first floor also has free coffee and other items.

Because the woman went alone, she was unaware of her surroundings and was worried. I searched and there are homeless people, but the location is good and there are many convenience stores. Don Quijote, Daiso, etc.. there are many restaurants. I went with the intention of giving it a go, but it was better than I expected! Advantages ㅡ Cost-effective accommodation ㅡ Near Shin-Imamiya Station ㅡ Suitcase storage service (highly recommended!!!!) ㅡ Kindness! Since I can't speak the language, I can tell you through Papago. He explained things kindly and gave answers in simple English. ㅡ Microwave oven, beverage vending machine, coffee, black tea, green tea, water purifier, and ice are available on the 1st floor. ㅡ There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. (Takoya near the hotel and Tenryu Ramen across the street are delicious>ㅠ<b) ㅡThe shower room has warm water and can be used independently. -There is a public bath (only showers are available in the morning. I could not use it due to time constraints) disadvantage ㅡ No soundproofing ㅠㅡㅠ Earplugs required next to the elevator on the 1st floor! (I can hear the sound of the hair dryer, coming and going, and the sound of the door opening) - It's noisy because it's right next to the train. ㅡ There is a hospital and police station nearby, so you can hear a lot of sirens. ㅡ Thin towel. Dust flying. It’s very thin!!! Bring your own towel!! ㅡThe dryer is weak. They say it's dangerous for a woman alone at Shin-Imamiya Station, unless it's late at night. I think it's a good neighborhood, but there will be homeless people wherever you go. On the day I traveled, I saw a lot of homeless people in Dotonbori. This is a place where a lot of foreigners hang out! If you were scared after seeing bad reviews in the past, except for the noise issue, I think it's a really good accommodation...

I didn’t know it was a couple hotel in advance, but I found out after I made the reservation after reading the reviews. After arriving, it actually felt very good. The price is very cheap for a person staying in a hotel outside, and the price/performance ratio is very high. All facilities are available. And the hotel actually has higher hygiene standards than ordinary hotels, and the sound insulation effect is obviously better. Of course you know the reason. Then for breakfast, you can call the front desk to make a reservation, or it can be delivered to you that morning. The nearest subway station is Station 13, which is only one or two stops away from Osaka Umeda. I highly recommend you to go for a walk by the river near the hotel. The scenery is very open and it is very suitable for taking children to play.

Great location, no front desk after 11pm. There are floors for women. The single room is very small. But it's clean and air-conditioned. There are public bathrooms on the floor. The facilities are quite complete, but the bathroom only has cold water for washing your face.

You can make do with it alone, it's affordable, and it's a 2-minute walk from Shin-Imamiya.

All the staff are friendly and I like the facilities on the first floor. However, I booked the Western-style room without much thought because it was cheap and good, but I think it's just like a Korean goshiwon room.ㅠㅠ There's a Don Quijote branch about 10 minutes away and a Burger King, so it's okay. However, the area around the hotel is a bit like that, so it might be better for women to not go out late at night.

The subway station and JR station are just around the corner. The Lawson family is also close at hand. There is a good izakaya on the corner in front. The hotel has also been renovated. Nearby attractions, zoo, Shinsekai Tsutenkaku, Donki, Tennoji Temple

Very good feeling, convenient, quiet, free, has a bath, has a hot spring. In the center of tourism, my first choice when I came to Osaka, I am very satisfied.

Overall, the environment and facilities of this hotel are good. The location of the hotel is very convenient, right in the city center and the transportation is very convenient. However, the room size is a bit small and may be a bit cramped for a long stay. Especially if you bring your family to stay, the space may seem insufficient. Another area that could be improved is the quality of service. The service efficiency and enthusiasm of the front desk staff need to be improved. Sometimes it takes a long time to get a response. In addition, the room cleaning is not timely enough, and sometimes the bedding or towels are not replaced. Generally speaking, except for the small size of the room and the need for improvement in service quality, other facilities are acceptable. If the hotel can solve these two problems, I believe it will improve the overall guest experience. If I have the opportunity in the future, I will still consider staying here, but I will book a larger room in advance.

It was a very nice hotel for the price! I recommend staying here instead of a capsule hotel!
