While the room wasn't as spacious as hotels I'm used to back home, it was perfectly acceptable for Japan. The room was clean and well-equipped. The hotel maintained a high standard throughout, and the price was also very reasonable.

It's a hotel that is in a living area. There is a supermarket about 5 mins walking distance. Room is clean and staffs are helpful

Receptionists were courteous and helpful; location is decent but it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the metro, so might be inconvenient with luggages; amenities are decent (clean room, microwave & other kitchen appliances are foldable) but need to collect towels and etc from counter daily.

The hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The facilities are quite new, and the bathrooms are spacious. The Pola toiletries provided were excellent, and all other amenities one would expect were readily available. The air conditioning was also incredibly effective! The only downsides are its distance from public transport and the very limited dining options in the immediate vicinity, meaning you have to walk quite a distance to find food.

The hotel's location isn't exactly central but is quite accessible, with bus routes 12 and 62 nearby. The front desk staff spoke Chinese during check-in, which greatly facilitated communication. Having washing machines on the second floor was incredibly convenient, especially for a summer trip. The room was very spacious by Japanese standards, and the bathroom was surprisingly large – much bigger than expected. TV channels were limited and all in Japanese, which I wasn't sure was standard for hotels in Japan. The hotel was exceptionally quiet. Used towels and linens are collected from the hallway at 10 AM, as per their policy. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay; it significantly contributed to a high-quality experience for my Osaka trip.

I've stayed here multiple times, as it's conveniently located near my home. It offers excellent value for money, with spacious and very clean rooms. While it's a 10-15 minute walk from the station, the price makes it absolutely worthwhile!

Check in and out was very easy using trip.com. Staff were nice. Room very clean and big. I was very satisfied. Good heating in room and bathroom. Toilet seat were heated.

Comfortable and cozy for family

It was clean, very spacious, and comfortable. However, I felt that the amenities were a little lacking. They replaced the towels, but they refused to replace the slippers. Also, the nearest station was about a 10-minute walk away, which was a bit inconvenient, and I stayed there on a hot summer day, so the heat was unbearable...

The room was comfortable and clean, but the shower water temperature was a bit difficult to adjust; it was either too hot or too cold, and the adjustment knob was too sensitive. Although there was an induction cooker in the room, there were no utensils for cooking. In addition, the soundproofing was a bit poor, and ambulances would pass by from time to time, with loud sirens that could easily wake people up. Overall, it was still quite comfortable.
