I booked a basic room and good enough for an overnight stay. There’s a free toiletries provided by the hotel. Location is close to a metro, surrounded with small restaurant and convenience store. There’s also a big Don Quijote that’s walking distance from the hotel.

Great location, friendly staff. The room is small , but it’s quite enough for a solo traveler.

The property had all the amenities you'd need, and it was conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the station. The train noise wasn't a problem. The room smelled a bit moldy, probably due to the air conditioning, and it felt quite humid. It was cheap, so I'm happy with it.

Based on my past experiences with hotels in Shin-Imamiya, I had zero expectations, but it was better than I expected. The front desk staff were very polite, and the entrance was clean. It wasn't raining, so I didn't need one, but they apparently offered umbrella rentals. The lobby also had tables and chairs that looked like they could be used for business, a microwave, a gas stove, vending machines, a coin laundry, and a restroom. Tea and coffee were also provided, and they also had extension cords and nail clippers available for rental. I was staying alone, so I didn't use them, but an extension cord might be useful if there were more than one person. There was also a plug near the bed in the room, which I found convenient, even though I didn't use it. The room seemed small, but that's understandable for a solo guest. However, I wish they had provided hangers with clips instead of regular ones, and there was no space (like a stand or rack) to put my luggage, which was a bit of a problem. Also, there's no kettle in the room, so you have to bring tea or coffee from the lobby. It's too hot to carry to the room, so I wish they'd provide a tray or put a kettle in the room. When I leave the room to get a drink, I have to remove my card key, and when I return, the lights and air conditioning are all off. I wish they'd make it so I don't have to insert my card key. Amenities like cleanser and lotion are not provided, so you have to bring your own. The only things in the room that are mysteriously provided are a tissue box and a cup for drinking (even though there's no kettle). Both were covered in dust, so I washed them under the tap. The lack of cleanliness makes me distrust the hotel (it lowers my impression of it). My room was at the very end, so it was relatively quiet. However, I could hear the alarm from the next room in the morning, which was a bit bothersome. I was a little worried about the shampoo and body wash they were using, as I didn't know what brand they were using, so I brought my own. Also, there was no hand soap, so I wish they'd at least provide some. Although I didn't use it this time, I thought it was good that they had a luggage storage facility, and the coin lockers were returnable, which I thought was good for security.

The man at the front desk is so rude! He talks to me like a regular customer and says I'm disgusting. I don't understand what he means! He talks to foreigners in a harsher tone and is rude.

The room is small but well-equipped. Even a 28-inch suitcase can be perfectly unfolded, and there is enough space! The hotel is in a very good location, very close to JR Shin-Imamiya Station and Metro Zoo Station. There is also a Don Quijote flagship store nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The counter staff is also very friendly. It is definitely the first choice for accommodation!

The location is pretty good, right next to the subway station. The price is very cheap, making it great value for solo travelers. However, cleaning isn't done proactively; you need to contact the front desk before 10 AM. The surrounding area is a bit chaotic, with an izakaya (Japanese pub) street nearby; I suggest avoiding that street.

I would like to say that I really recommend this place for my own travel. I was worried because there were no reviews at first. After checking in, I found that the front desk was clean and beautiful. Although the room is small, it has everything. The toilet is smart. The toilet is separated from wet and dry and has a bathtub! The location is next to the Zoo-mae subway station (just outside) and a short walk from the JR line (to the airport). The transportation is super convenient! ! ! I didn’t change a penny when I went to Osaka this time. Alipay and WeChat are very popular! It was super fun. I will go there next time. I have one complaint. If you want to clean the room, you must go to the front desk before 10 o'clock and tell me. But I couldn't get up at all, so I never cleaned it.

The room is relatively small, just right for one person. The transportation is convenient, just go down to the subway station, cross the road to Shin-Imamiya Train Station, and you can see Tsutenkaku Tower when you go out, which is more suitable for people who like liveliness. The hotel can store it for free, but you have to pick it up on the same day. There is a ramen shop not far to the right when you go out. The proprietress is from Shanghai and the ramen tastes very good. There is also a big Don Quijote diagonally opposite, which sells a lot of things, much more than the one at Shinsaibashi, and there are also fresh foods.

Considering the price, it's a good level. However, if you go a little outside the area, you may have to be careful because it's a bit questionable whether the security is good.

I stayed here for a concert at Yanmar Stadium. It was conveniently located, less than 30 seconds walk from Dobutsuen-mae Station, and there were convenience stores and Don Quijote stores nearby. The amenities were also excellent, and I especially liked being able to choose the shampoo and conditioner. The front desk and cleaning staff were also very friendly. I would definitely use this hotel again, thank you!
