It was a decent place, less than a 10-minute walk from Kintetsu Nihonbashi Station. It was easy to walk to Shinsaibashi and the main streets, so shopping and sightseeing were no problem. There's a Family Mart nearby. The room was clean and felt like a typical apartment. However, the bed was old and creaky. The only thing that didn't feel clean was the bed. The only negatives were that they didn't tell me how to check in in advance, and when the locker number I needed to get my key didn't open, the person on the phone seemed annoyed the whole time, which was unpleasant.

This hotel is the best because you don’t have to check-in at 15:00. I took an early morning flight and it was easier to check in than I did. It is well-equipped and has a terrace. I personally like it better.

Very quiet area yet very close to everything. Nice ac and quiet balcony to dry clothes from. We were there 2 weeks and met the owner a couple times he was very nice and understanding. He doesnt speak the best english, and we dont speak the best japanese but together we made it work! The washer works well, we used it consistantly and the shower room+bathroom is very decently sized! The elevator is a nice bonus #NoStairsNeeded we were only about 10min from Nippombashi station & about 15min to Namba station. 2 family marts ＞5min away for easy access as well. Defintely gives a home vibe, not hotel-y. Only major complaint was the beds were not comfy and it wasnt sparkly clean or anything - but felt authentic!
