3.5/5The front desk staffs are not very English-fluent, and because it is a 4 stars hotel, they rejected my request to help book a Japanese restaurant, also they refused to help me to call taxi. There’s absolutely no help I could get from the hotel, everything is on my own. The housekeeping services is strictly limited between 10-14pm they are very responsible to remind us, cleanliness is good. The hotel stay is comfortable , as good as I have expected from the reviews I read. The room is new, I enjoyed the bathtub because it is deep and big enough. Please bring ur own shower cap, as it’s not provided. Also it’s good that we can refill our own water from the water dispenser at each floor with the small tumbler provided, they are eco friendly hence no bottled water is provided. I slept very well, the bed linen is very soft and comfy. The big balcony is so so so beautiful. Soundproof is good too. Very beautiful hotel.

4/5Very GoodThis is very new and really clean. Good to have water refill stations on each floor and free drinks on 2/F. Breakfast is pretty good. Cons: Receptionist struggled with English and had to use a translator app. There is no furniture on the balcony which makes it a bit of a waste of space. Would like to have a "don't change towel" option to save the environment.

3/5The hotel is not bad given its price but a bit far from the city centre and slightly difficult to get to and from airport. U need to change lines and stations if u go from the airport. The surrounding is nice and food around. Though slightly far from the sight seeing spots. Got free coffee or drinks until 2200. Hotel is in general clean and tidy

Haven't found the right property yet?
Check in was a breeze and staffs were polite! Complimentary refreshments such as coffee/tea were available at the lobby for stay-in guests. Very nice touch. We had the corner double room and we love the fact that we had access to the balcony but smoking was prohibited there. (There's a smoking room on the 2nd floor) Location wise, It was a 15-20mins walk to Dotonbori or 12-15mins via Train. We chose to walk since we also wanted to explore the area. A 24hr coffee place is also nearby the hotel, convenient for people who are hungry in the middle of the night! Overall, great experience here and would totally recommend to others!
