This hotel is really easy to find. Just take the elevator to the third floor where the front desk is located. On the third floor, there's also a smoking room, vending machines, and a luggage scale. The front desk can even help with postage! Most of the staff at the front desk are Japanese, but they have translation devices available. There's a convenience store right downstairs from the hotel. It's super close to the subway and Shinsaibashi, only a five-minute walk, about 200 meters in a straight line. It's really convenient for shopping and then bringing your purchases back to the hotel. The room isn't huge, but it's very nice, quiet, and clean. The price is also very reasonable.

Excellent location, less than 5 minutes walk from the metro station exit. Room is small but with a double bed which I am still happy with. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The location is quite good, within walking distance to the Pokémon Center Shinsaibashi and the Glico Running Man signboard. The front desk offered Chinese-speaking service during check-in, which was a plus. The air conditioning in our room was too noisy on the first night, but they promptly changed our room, and the second night's stay was fine. They also provided children's cutlery for breakfast, which was a nice touch.
