Nice hotel with good location. Will come back to this hotel again when i visit japan next time.

The location is good. But the hotel facilities is not good. Wi-Fi is suck, always disconnect. The charging pot is not convenient to use. Bed madtress is not comfortable. The window is block and nothing can be seen so the room is dark. Reception is close after 10pm.

This hotel, MYSTAY, was okay, but they could improve in their cleaning and facilities. They would have more potential if they had room services and professional cleaners for their rooms. This is because when we got our hotel room, they had a left over shoe box behind the door from the last costumer and it gave us a bad impression of the hotel.

great deal and the location is very convenient. Metro station is just two minutes away and shinsaibashi is also very close.
