It is about the center of the Namba area, close to dotonbori with all the shops and restaurants Old building but with all necessary needs, there is an Lawson convenience store near by Free breakfast is also a warm service, nice food and kind service, don’t need to know speak Japanese, you will get pretty good serve

It is nearby Namba station. I should mention that this station is always overcrowded. It is lively place around. There was delicious breakfast! I have never tried before such a tasty potato salad!✨ There was no fresh towels every day, you always should ask for this. Not for long time staying.

The hotel is a little bit old but all the staffs are so nice and friendly 👍🏼

Got a good price for the superb location. If you are not concerned about the look of the room this is a good place to rest. This is an old hotel but with easy access to Dotonburi, Denden town and near the train station.

Service is very good. The hotel.. despite located in popular area but quite difficult to find. Better should have a clear detailed map/route to the hotel. Also breakfast should have more variety of foods for each day.

Great location and good price. Unfortunately cleaner forgot empty the little bin in the bathroom otherwise it’s all good.

Smoky, fluffy smell from hallway all the way to the room, we gone as well you do with sprays, window open, nothing helps…

the rooms are terribly dirty.they wont clean your room even if you have 2different reservations.super old property.

Location is good. Near to Namba station. About 5 minutes walk to Namba station. Upon checking in, was informed no cleaning services available. So our 7 nights of stay is without cleaning the room. Breakfast is simple but I like their mornings breakfast. Love their raisins bread, hard boil eggs & the mashed potatoes with carrot. Toilet bidet is not working at all. No issues to us. We were able to check in upon arrival at about 10 am. Will stay again when coming to Osaka again.
