Nice location. The hotel is in good condition. Glad that I have chosen this hotel and had two days great stay at this hotel. I recommend and would book again in the future.

Great for family trip, many food store nearby.

This place was in an excellent location: walking distance to Namba / Dotonbori with many shopping and halal dining options. However, the double bed we had was saggy in the centre and this resulted in less than favourable sleep. Do also note that this hotel, despite internet sources saying otherwise, is not halal friendly (ie no qibla mark or halal options at breakfast). Nonetheless, there are many halal eating places in the area.

The hotel is about 15mins walk to Shinsaibashi. About 10min walk to nearest train station. The restaurants nearby mostly operating only in the late afternoon or night time. Hotel breakfast is great and recommended to include it during your stay.

Good location, can walk around at the street and go back hotel after shopping then continue shopping.

It is in the middle of shinshaibasi, with access to a lot of food options. For a family with kids, it is quite a walk to the train station and to dotonbori. Otherwise, all is well.

The location is near to main areas, hotel has provided everything you need for your stay. Really love it

Do not expect any service from them because there was none. The room was tiny. I paid for the whole families breakfast, but the voucher wasn't provided to me. I had to request, TWICE, so that the whole family can sit down and have breakfast.
