Swissotel Nankai Osaka

The location is fantastic! The hotel is right above a subway station, and the Nankai Line to the airport is conveniently located on the 3rd floor. It's also next to department stores like Takashimaya, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room comes with a capsule coffee machine and complimentary bottled water. Breakfast was decent, but it was pretty much the same every day during my 4-night stay. A couple of downsides: I was given one of the lowest floors, and the view from the window was quite poor, very close to some equipment platform. Also, the housekeeping staff wasn't very attentive; they put my makeup remover and comb *inside* the toothbrush cup?

The room was great, although the front desk was a bit hard to find. The service was excellent, the location was superb, and the night view was beautiful.

Visited for a family trip, and the location in the city center was great, plus the view was decent. For breakfast, we could choose from three different restaurants, and the quality of the menu was excellent.

Fantastic location, you can't beat it. Everything you need is nearby, and transportation is super convenient.

No complaints, except for the price. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and with a subway transportation hub right downstairs, it's incredibly convenient to get to Kyoto, Universal Studios, or Osaka Castle and Umeda.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right above Takashimaya, and within walking distance of several other shopping districts – I was really pleased with that. Breakfast is served on the top floor and offers a good variety of Japanese and Western options, and the setting is beautiful. The room was clean and tidy.
